Birmingham

Birmingham in England is the second most populated city in the UK with over 1 million people and was the industrial hart land of the UK. Although industry has declined over the past few years it still has major commercial centres .

Birmingham is also famous for its shopping with the world famous Jewellery Quater where you can get hand made craftsmanship at fantastic prices. The other main shopping area is called the Bullring which is in the hart of Birmingham which has over 160 shops which offer almost everything you could want and with more than 25 restaurants you will be sure to find somthing to suit your taste.

The city is also well connected by road being at the centre of the national motorway network, and with good rail and air, links. Brimingham International Airport is also only 8 miles away from the city centre. The airport has two terminals and services over 40 different airlines and handled a record 9 million plus passengers in 2008.
